Thank you Ms Katie. I don't really want to cook my food in a plastic bag. Covid update. We have a 70 yr old in the hospital with pneumonia & covid. The virus has inflamed their bowls. They were dehydrated. More prayers would be appreciated. My other 2 with covid are feeling better but are in no way up to par. Love you!

Yes you can! You might need a teeny bit more water than you would if it were frozen. But never completely cover in water. That is key. Enjoy!
