      I believe that there's an option to watch the video without the sound track in this vídeo, but this option you can find it in the course site: www.learnrussian.org . I study Dutch in a similar site and I can see this option under the video.

    Just recognise/memorise the spelling of these words in different orders of these funny Cyrillic letters is itself a very huge/daunting task...leave alone the pronunciation but I have to say this is one of the most structured Russian courses online I have seen so far, thanks....

    Excellent, thank you. Agree the music is annoying. I was pausing to many times to take notes, then when I would press play again, the music was quite jarring, otherwise an excellent intro to a confusing subject!

    Great lesson, thank you very much. But there is one thing that I didn't understand, in the verb dumati (to think) in the Bi conjugation (you plural), there was a slightly change in the conjugation, insted of dumaete, it was dumete, so the radical changed a little, is that an exception? is there any rule to predict this? Sorry for bad english :p

      @@erundorgames8941 no, "всё" means everything, and "все" means everybody. In rough translation both of them could be translated as "all". But "that's all" could be translated in only one version "''это всё"

    My mother's native language is English and my dad's native language is Portuguese and know both
    And I am learning Russian and something funny is that журнал is close to Jornal in portuguese which is a newspaper but a magazine in English which in Portuguese is Revista and газета which is the newspaper is close to Gazeta which is also a word for a Newspaper but not this common and there's a usage for this word is like gazetear which means like a to miss a class, job, don't do your obligations to have fun ;---;

    I have a few suggestions, because this is a lesson for beginners:
    1) The music is distracting. You don't need it.
    2) Review the sound of the Tbl before discussing its use.
    3) Use a slower pace, with a little repetition.
