Glad to see it being used. Now people that work and live downtown need to use it more... Detroit is thinking about expanding it also, which is needed. Very under utilized, that needs to change.
I agree, a New or expanded route given the changing times would be beneficial. Like, for Inctance, we have the Q line now, how about adapting it so Both are used effectively to get in and out of town, for instance.
If Detroit can build a good medium density center, and expand the Q-line (and actually give it its own track so it doesn't compete with cars), and the people mover, the whole city can recover over time. The tax base will go through the roof and that's what the city needs most.
