Request at check-in Rooms with EVEN Numbers at any floors 1854, 1856, 1858,etc. ask for balcony facing the Diamond Head. All these rooms have views like what you see in this video. You are paying $500+/night- Marriott better give you a room worth that much. There are 2 Wings at this Sheraton. 1-Wing faces the Diamond head from all the balconies with room numbers ending with ‘even-number’. Whenever I check in - at any resorts, I always request a building map and have them point to me where that room before I get the room key. I can tell them what location I prefer before getting in my room. Negotiate if you can and if possible. Enjoy your trip to Waikiki Beach.

I totally agree. You can negotiate if possible room preferences at check-in to any hotels. With the cost of resort fees and room rates, most hotels like Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott have hospitality values for guest to stay happy and comfortable and gain loyalty. Enjoy Waikiki😎
