Everyone at my school was talking about it (Northgate HS). Hockey is not the prime sport there, and every third person I saw at school the day after the game was wearing a sharks jersey, t-shirt, or sweater. It was a beautiful sea of teal.
Round 1 game 2 - Sharks with less than 5 mins left of the 1st period, coming back from early 0-3 hole *scores 3 goals to tie the game before the period ends* (This will be a sign of things to come...) Almost forgot about that badass comeback too! They would score in bunches like crazy, just a total badass comeback team.. man, I wish they remained healthy thru the playoffs... 😢
Imagine if there was a series between '19 Blues and '19 Knights. Who would have won it? Would the Knights beat Bruins? The Comeback might have changed the entirety of 2019 Playoffs
The Sharks are a terrific team, but they were just no match for the Blues. We went from worst to first and were not willing to quit. I doubt the sharks would’ve won Game 6 even with those three players.
Powerranger6342 Doesn’t help that everyone was injured (usually concussed) or literally dead. Blues were the better team but injuries kept the Sharks at bay
