Market is very competitive in UAE, Indian are ready to work even lower than 5k, mostly qualified chartered accountants. But their lobby is very strong because they are more in number . Big companies have good start salary even at entry leveljobs they offer 8k starting.

@@Logicalsane I don't agree, this is just a perception. Both are on par. Every individual is unique, your interest and passion make the difference. They are more in number, icai members more than 380K and icap members around 11k. This is the real reason.

@@skibrahim7090 it depends upon your field and relevant experience. 3/4 year relevant experience is very important. Sales jobs are very common and starts with 2k plus commission
