I’d love for you to to a video on your mental health as I suffer from this type of ocd and it’s great to feel your not going crazy and that it’s a thing a lot of people go through. It’s great not feeling alone!!
Honestly, I'd love to see a video about that to for more awareness about it. And I would alos like to be more aware and more informed about just how deep OCD really goes if it's not only about the cleaning. I would like to get a better understanding about that. Given, I do not have ADHD but may have possibly been diganosed (had been tested for it, scored borderline for both ADD/ADHD), but was never diagnosed with it. Grew up on IEP's my whole life which did help me a lot.
I feel like OCD can be similar to ADHD and/or Autism in the context that they're all a lot deeper than what one may think or feel like they are. Yes, some ppl out there can have minor tidbits of ADHD and/or Autism or OCD, but it doesn't mean they automatically have it themselves because all these forms of "disabilities" (for lack of a better word) go much deeper than the majority out there realize. These are things everyone who has it has to live with every single day of their lives and it's not just a "once-in-a-while" type thing. My work self is different than my home self-not sure why, given I don't always do well with confrontation where I do tear up even when I don't need to, but that's something that's always been automatic for me. The tearing up (crying, but not fully crying partially has to do with something that happened to me in high school). I've been trying my best to work on that best I can, but it's something that's been very difficult for me to work on.
But at home, I'll react to certain situations and/or topics out of anger. Or I'll get angry, but the anger is something that I literally cannot help (there's literally no filter for when it comes for me). I'm learning more abt. myself along w/learning more about ADHD and a possibility I might have it due to most caffeine putting me to sleep (it has the opposite effect on me). Someone once straight-up told me I had ADHD which also wouldn't surprise me since I can be very picky at parking my car lol. Basically all these types of things that people have and/or are diagnosed with go on a much, much deeper level than just "Oh I get that way sometimes," or "we all get that way sometimes." For the sometimes ppl out there: Imagine being that way on what feels like a consistent 24/7 basis. Yes, I do have my clean moments, but I'm also like: "did I lock the door?" and I will literally get out of my car to make sure I locked the door which includes unlocking and relocking it.

My daughters are 22 apart. It’s not easy having them that close together. They are currently 9 & 7 and they have a pretty 🤩 strong bond, when they aren’t fighting, lol. Having your kids 3-4 years apart is way more sensible. Some of the assumptions that people made don’t even seem like 👍 you at all. God bless you Sophia.

I would love to hear about your struggles with OCD if you feel comfortable sharing it, i struggle with it too and it gets really bad often and can get unbearable at times, just like you mentioned in the video i myself get offended when people classify OCD as a quirky personality trait and just being super organised and clean. It's not even like that

I also struggle with severe OCD. When it was less severe I thought people who got offended over the "Im so OCD" type of joke were overexaggerating and just looking for something to get upset about, but when my OCD got severe and I had two separate times when people made that joke it made me feel very sad because my first instinct was to comfort them only to a few seconds later realize they were joking. If they only knew what pain I go through they would never make it a joke.

I'd definitely like a video on mental health I also suffer with very severe ocd and anxiety so hearing you say what you said about OCD in the beginning was so relatable for me It's definitely really hard and it truly is frustrating when people dont understand the difference between being a perfectionist and suffering with ocd.

Hey Sophia, I wanted to say thank you for doing this video and clarifying some of the comments that people have asked you. Yes, I would love to hear more about your mental illness and stuff that you may be suffering now or have and how you handle it. I have a few people that have come out and shared with me that they have mental illness and what they’ve been struggling with one of them, I spoke with she said you never take your mental illness out on your family or your friends and my ex friend what we’re ex friends right now I don’t know what the future holds but she suffers from mental illness. She has OCD she has claustrophobia she has anxiety depression. I’ve watched her go through struggling with wanting to die every single day and I know this is sad and it’s hurtful and you don’t want to see anybody go through this I’ve actually seen her go to rages and she trashed her mom‘s house and she would break things and she would say things that weren’t true and a lot of hers comes from a broken family and there’s more to it but I think the worst thing about her is she’s never sorry for anything that she’s ever done it’s always someone else’s problem. They have to take the blame so I felt that at this time it was best that we just take some time and we don’t talk. So she needs to figure out what’s going on in her life and figure things out and what not but I try I’m always there. I’m willing to listen and learn more about mental illness like where does it come from? How does it happen? What stems from it? How can you help others what you can do to help yourself to get better. Does it get better? You had a c-section? I had an emergency C-section. It was so scary 🫣 when they told me we have to take the baby now she was born 3 month early and today she’s 18 and in University.

Hi Sophie i respect you ur only one that’s been honest on youtube that ur doing sensible.as my sister had all 3 boys all together thats hard for her to that time and when i had my daughter it just enough to have one then 2 I wouldn’t handle another when daughter was a toddler or baby as i know like ur boy needs have all love all attention from mum he can get as a mum now need injoy ur life whie u can before another child in future 🤗👍🏻

Your nose is perfect just the way it is I used to be very insecure of my nose and lips even though my lips aren’t really that thin. A tip a nose stud or ring changes the whole look of the nose I got a stud and then couldn’t resist getting a ring on the other side of my nose!

I literally thought before to myself that you might have OCD, not because of anything you did in any video but because I struggle with severe OCD and maybe Im more able to detect people with OCD. I thought that because I can tell you are a sensitive and kind type of person, and sometimes people who go through difficult stuff become more sensitive and empathetic therefore also kind and you give off kind vibes. I know I am like that, so I saw something similar in you. Also a big reason I thought that you might have OCD is because after you came back to youtube a few years ago after a long break you mentioned quickly that you struggled with some mental health issues but said you didn't want to talk about it which made me think it probably wasn't as common of an issue as more regular anxiety and depression. Also, I found the correlation that I also have taken long breaks from posting on my social media around the same time you did because of OCD and things like feeling the urge to repost stuff or relike stuff because of silly reasons in my mind which have no logic. So although I don't know what type of OCD you have it appears we have some similarities.

When it comes to doing assumptions videos, those are actually my least favorite because while you’re giving people permission to give you assumptions about yourself that they might have…..some people actually take that as an opportunity to say and ask disrespectful and uncalled for things, usually to get a rise out of you, and to create drama. Some people use it as an opportunity to be a bully.
