Yes, the tatoo rule sounds true. In Mexico, when I went as a younger middle school kid, in the small town- we weren’t allowed to even cross our legs. The dress code was no caps or hats. You could carry it in your hand. I was not suppose to wear shorts. Now they are less strict.
