Nice work with a dead tree over stuff.
Good deed as well helping the homeowner out.
That will come back to you.
Stay safe
Yeah it's nice to help folks out from time to time :)
At least you didn’t have to work out that day. Lol. I got worn out just watching this! Lol.
Woke up more than a weeeeee bit sore the next day :)
Heck yah man that was awesome seeing the process on how this is done, your skill is unmatched, lot of props to ya for taking the whole sucker down without any problems and very clean and professional too 💪🏽 Your wisdom is appreciated always 🧠💪🏽
Very nice of you to say and thanks for checking it out! :)
Great video sir!!! Always learning from you.
Thanks buddy
kia ora from New Zealand. That was amazing work. Loved the branch trolley. Awesome work. Riveted watching from start to finish.
New Zealand! I've study your country from afar and long wanted to visit ... some day! Great hearing from ya
Hey man , loved the video , great job as always , look forward to seeing the next , take it easy 👍
Always good to hear from you, man
masterful work Spenser
Big thanks!
Super job Spencer! Love watching all that you are doing! God bless!
Big thanks! Nice to have your support
That’s a lot of hard work and especially to do it all solo. Then to top it off you document it all very well with the video. 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks man! Yeah, that one took some extra effort
Nice work
Thanks buddy
Awesome video brother
big thanks man
Good video 👨🔧
Thanks! Good hearing from ya
Skillfully done!
Thanks for checking it out!
you wear the same shoes I do. asolo is a great comfortable climbing shoe.
Good to hear I'm not alone with those! Yeah, I really like them ... breaking in a new pair at the moment.
Nice work, the branch dolly is a great idea, I may steal that one!
I made the dolly from an old trailer dolly ... if I make another one I'll make a video. Big time saver :)
Loads of tasty wood too! 🤩
Yeah! Dried on the tree
Grabbing the limb that close to saw ... Not safe ... !
I'll have to be more careful! Thanks buddy
03:40 - I've been told that it's _sometimes_ because birds perch on fences (or other property barriers, power lines, etc.) and poop the undigested seeds of berries they've eaten. In a maple's case; the samaras.
What a cool idea! Makes perfect sense and I certainly see a lot of it. :) Thanks
R.I.P to the good ol’ barrel
haha ... a noble death
The washer 🤣🤣🤣🤣
yep! wild stuff
@@metaspencer ive seen them dump into crawl spaces and basements before
@@joshuap7501 water circulation back into the house ... so nutty
@@metaspencer yep exactly what you dont want and seems kinda gross too lol
What's the amount of trees you're doing in your tree series it'd be nice if you had a wood burner you'd be set for the winter
I got trees on a property I rent two of them are white birch they died out over last winter and they're so rotted I actually took a hold of a branch and gave it a good pull and it snapped off fortunately only like 20 ft tall and a storm took down the top half
We've got a fireplace but I'm looking for a more efficient wood burner to put in there ... that's definitely the plan as the wood is piling up around here! I dropped a birch like that the other day: it came apart in my hands
That's a lot of dead stems. Hope you charged extra for the locked gate.
That gate!!!
👍👍👍👌♥️
Thanks man!
Did you learn this tree climbing stuff yourself or did you get an education on it? Either way very professional work!
Self taught, like all things. That's both good and bad, I guess. :) I hope you're well, buddy
Hey, you always do a great job! How much you charge for jobs like these?
Thanks for checking it out! This was a mere $250 because I wanted to help the folks out (kids playing in the yard under a dead tree is no good), but my prices are usually higher and depend on all kinds of things like the species, size of tree, location, situation, etc. :)
How long is that rope for rigging?
For a retrievable line I usually go 2x height of rigging pt
Why am I always first haha
speedy on the uptake! I hope things are going well with you :)
Why didn't you just ask that house to move their van and back your trailer up to the wood pile? Surely they wouldn't mind a temporary intrusion to get all that good work done......
There was an old feller next door and we got to talking, but in the end I didn't want to bother him. I'm pretty bad about minimizing work ... I have this odd inclination to maximize it sometimes! :)
