Mafex Daredevil Reveal! Video Preview

- Welcome to Marvelous Action Figures! There’s been a new reveal of the Mafex comics accurate Daredevil. First impression is that it looks cool, but am I missing something? Have a watch of my preview video and let me know what you think in the comments below.
I think its very accurate to the source material, it looks very accurate to the way that Marcos Martín drew DD
💯 agree with you on the comic book accuracy, and hopefully the in-hand version does it justice as a faithful representation of the character. The promo shots just make him look a little on the lean side, but I’m keen to see some in-hand shots of him as he does have a classic DD style about him 👍👍
I agree. He's way too lanky and absolutely needs a maskless portrait. The only thing that impresses me about this offering are the billy clubs.
I 💯 agree with you about the billy clubs, this is a disappointing offering from Mafex IMO (and most unlike them from a quality perspective)
The problems with the Legends one is, there’s no paint on it. I also don’t like how legend figures break up the sculpt. The thigh cut looks awkward, when turned. I agree that this one is a little a bit too skinny. But when I buy a Mafex figure, I don’t need to buy another figure of that character. They come with all the accessories I need. The legends one I will need to buy several versions just to get accessories that should’ve come with them. And most of the times they don’t make them compatible or paint them differently. I am just hoping that whoever is posing this figure for photos doesn’t know how to articulate the figure the right way.
@@Dog.01 that’s a really great point you’ve made about Mafex, they 💯 give you all the accessories you need. I’m hoping this will look better in hand than the promo pics as well, if the first reviews are good then I’d definitely want to get it, as this is the definitive DD look for me.
