I started watching you because my brother works for the Villages' daily newspaper and I was enticed in by the estate sales and Ocala equestrian scene. I have subscribed because of your humor, singing, witty nature, knowledge, and insight!
Jeffrey, I hope one of those micro mosaics is for Barb. They were made right after WW II for soldiers to take home to their girlfriends. My mother was a nurse stationed in Germany and she bought some of them while touring Europe.
Cyd in MD. Another fun shopping trip, Italian style 🙂 You said you forgot the words for your Barbie moment. Here you go..."I'm a Barbie girl, in the Barbie world. Life in plastic, it's fantastic". On our first trip to Italy there was only one thing I wanted to come home with. I wanted a pair of handmade red leather gloves. I still have them decades later.
The acrylic lady brooches were super cute! I liked what you picked and a few you left(marilyn with the dress blowing and girl with the dangly earrings). Nice prices on them and perfect size for your suitcase. I am so enjoying these videos!
Those brooches are so cool. I hope you buy a lot. I have seen people frame a bunch of them like art, they look super cool. Love to see you thrifting in Italy!
Really, Jeffrey, just a trip of a lifetime! So captivated by all the lovely jewelry, what a wonderful day & so appreciate you sharing this adventure with all of us!!!💜 ❣
Those girl pins are to die for! I want one. My favorite part is your singing. I think you missed your calling. Thank you so much for bringing us along.❤
Next trip you have to bring a second suitcase or like I have done many times, go to a thrift shop and buy one or a backpack. Did you only have a carry-on bag? Good way to avoid extra charges.
You are right LEGO is not Italian it's from Denmark🙂 however old legos are worth quit a lot of money. I live about 30 minutes from Billund and the OG Legoland here in Denmark.
on peut toujours marchander dans les brocantes en Italie mais il faut au minimum être poli et dire bonjour quand on parle au marchand, vous êtes trop brusque
You are usually so frugal but to spend ten euro each on those pins/broaches is so out of character for you. I am anxious to see what prices you will get for each one! And since you didn’t have much luggage room, perhaps you should have left clothing behind after using clothing to protect the breakables.
I love all the “oh my gosh”ing in the background. It’s such fun to hear you guys enjoying it so much!

Spilla = Pin
Did you get to see the real David? Did you go to the Ufizzi art museum.
No, I didn't do any museums because of time constraints. It was more of soaking up the local environment and walking and cultural immersion this time.
