There is plenty of videos of Jimmy from the 70s and 80s, so you can judge for yourself. He has better range (by an octive or two), tone, power and vocal control than he did 40 plus years ago. He actually sounds even better in person than he does here and he sounds great on this clip.
Some certainly think it's Mick Jagger.
