  • Phalli aur Till ki chutney / Ground nuts and Sesame chutney is a delicious chutney which can be eaten along with khichdi or idli or dosa
    METHOD
    1.In a pan heat oil - 2 teaspoon, to it add
    Sesame seeds - 40 gram and roast
    Then add roasted Ground nuts
    One medium sized tomato
    Green chilies - 2
    Few mint and coriander leaves
    Saute them and grind along with tamarind water
    2.For making tamarind water soak a lemon sized tamarind - 15 gram in little water for sometime then extract it and grind along with sesame mixture and salt
    3.To this chutney add little water and chopped onion - 2 tablespoon
    4.Now we need to temper it, for tempering we need oil - 1 1/2 tablespoon, heat it
    To it add
    Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
    Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
    Dried red chilies - 2
    Few curry leaves
    Saute them and add to the chutney
    5.Chutney is ready
