What was the worst thing you've been asked on the interview?
"Are you able to work men and women? Like you know you can't insult a woman's cooking? and you know how the guys will talk like in a mechanic shop. It's just guy talk" This was from the CEO of a credit union with his VP who was apparently the sole HR person right next to him (who was a woman!) This was in 2023. TWENTY TWENTY-THREE
I usualy hijack the interview and turn it to a presentation by asking the person to try and put me through a business situation, I also offer to sign an NDA if they wish to use company details.
