    Activity: Hello Ball - Feet Like Fed Online Course
    About: This chapter focuses on balance and coordination using a soccer ball. Many coaches focus on hand and eye coordination but rarely do I see coaches focusing on the importance of hand and foot coordination. This is important in tennis because we spent most of our time with our weight being on one leg and learning how to shift your weight from one foot to the other while being rhythmical is critical to being lighter on your feet.
    Activity 1: “Hello” Ball
    Description: Shift your weight from one foot to the other at the same time as you gently tap the top of a stationary ball with your other foot, just as though you were saying “hello” to the ball (or similar to shaking hands but using your foot instead).
