The RACI matrix can include the list that drives the activity assignments in the project plan; and the matrix itself can be expanded to include contact and other data for each person identified.
Your RACI model has a very clean and well presented layout. Looks easily modifiable as well. Expanding it to include several more "Other Resources" type groups(columns) to cater for wider stakeholder groups would also work well for larger scale projects where there a lot of informed/involved parties. Would I be able to get a copy of your excel template please? Thanks!

Is there a program for this type of matrix? My matrix is so big that I can't see it in one window. Come to break the brain. Ideal if it were a website. And it wouldn't be in the cloud, but hosted on my local network. I wanted to put it in the DB and create relations. But it takes too much work. In the final, I want to show only the rights to the position that are selected. In order not to show what does not apply to a particular post.
