Usually, those conclusions always comes down to one thing: Self-improvement. Those breakdowns always show me what's wrong with me and always motivate me to change for the better. Is not easy, but its necessary. Playing games all day long, 24/7, will only take you from bad to worse. Postponing something that you will have to inevitably face anyways is not the way. You need to go through it. And the sooner, the better.
