Just bought one of these for my daughter (the pink one) we got it charged and downloaded the app. When tryin to pair it with her phone. The smart bracelet went black, won’t do a thing. Been searching for answers and haven’t found any. We both are very disappointed.
My watches keep disconnecting when i try to update through fit pro app. It will say blue tooth connected then with time and user profile setting it wont complete . It will just say commiting then disconnects. And i bought 50 all of them ate.like that. Bought for busines..i tried Hryfine app ..when i search for the watch it says nothing or no available device

please turn off your Bluetooth on phone and ur smart watch al so restart and connect again. one more pls make sure that ur phone is not connect with other Bluetooth.thx
I've tried multiple charge blocks and my d20 won't charge the blocks work fine for my other devices but the watch still won't charge please can somebody help me?
My oshen watch keeps vibrating every 10 seconds and shows 3 bars (ICON) when charging. I have tried 7 chargers and non work. It keeps vibrating and not charging. can someone help me with this please❤️

There’s a problem that in the morning my steps counter was 0 and it’s normal BUT at 8:00 PM in the same day the steps counter was also 0 it didn’t count and this continued to happen for 3 days pls help

Wasn't a good purchase. Not only do you not get instructions on how to connect this watch there are a lot of other issues with this inexpensive watch 1. Where can you buy replacement bands because I have gone thru 2 in 3 mths. I just happened to buy 2 watches and was able to switch out the band from the second watch. Amazon doesn't even carry the bands UGH! And the hardware that is used on the band can not withstand daily use. 2. Unlike the competitor watches, the battery needs to be charged EVERY day therefore most of the time on the charger at night when it could be tracking sleep. 3. When reviewing the text message the font is incredibly SMALL with a god awful orange font. I couldn't even read it with my reading glasses. This watch is so cheap for a reason. While the tracking and what it can do IS great just spend the $$ for a better device. You get what you pay for! WASTE OF MONEY!
HERES EVEN MORE STUFF ABOUT IT YOU DIDNT KNOW THIS IS A 5 BUCK WATCH ON SHOPEE OR WISH ITS A TOY BUT A DANGEROUS ONE BECAUSE AS THE OSHEN WATCH IT WAS TARGETED TO ELDERLY FEOPLE THEY NEED TO BE SUED CLASS ACTION czcams.com/video/cy3LP9gv9JY/video.html

You should change side of your smart bracelet I think they are not broken .. wrong charging
