I don’t know if you’ll ever see this but I just survived an attempt to take my life a month ago. I am working hard in therapy to get better. This was a wonderful and relaxing video for me. I am really thankful for your channel and all you do. You really help me relax and get to sleep at night. Just know that what you do isn’t going out into the void. You are really helping people❤️

I got the biggest smile on my face when you said Zelda is your favorite. My brother that passed away 2 years ago, him and I grew up playing that game. I actually still have it. It's called "Zelda Ocarina of Time" and the system was most likely Nintendo 64. I still have both. ❤

Thank you for this video. It couldn't have come at a better time. This is probably giving too much info but about a month ago, my husband ended up in the hospital and we learned his cancer had spread to his brain. I was devastated, terrified, angry and every other emotion related to that. I felt like I was sinking in waves of these emotions. I knew I had to do something to get myself together so I could be strong for him and one long day of sitting by his bedside it hit me. Even in all these feelings of fear, anger and sadness there were still things to be grateful for. Grateful that we live close to one of the top research hospitals for cancer in this country. Grateful that we live in a day where technology was advanced enough to perform the surgery that first night that saved his life. Grateful for the advancement in drug treatments that will hopefully work so he can continue with a good quality of life. Grateful for all of his caregivers that were all trained to do their jobs to take care of him and help him recover. And grateful. that last week, I got to bring him home❤. He still has a long way to go to try to beat his cancer but I am so grateful for everyone and everything that got us to this point🙂
Sending healing vibes and prayers your way. What a blessing that he is home. Cancer is beatable and you will win the battle!

I love the fact your music taste is eclectic!! Mine is too. John Denver came to our town when I was 5 and we all (kindergarten class) got to go see him at the local theatre and he called me up to the stage and I got to sit on his lap while he sang a song. I won't ever forget that!!! My mom has a picture of me on his lap in one of our family albums.

Rest up as much as possible after the move, is my advice. You can finish unpacking any time but your body will probably be beyond exhausted after the move. I got a little unwell after my move in March this year, so go easy on yourself. I really hope your move goes well.

I put this new video on in my bedroom last night as I was changing into pajamas when I saw the notification. Fast forward-I woke up this morning on my bed 9 hrs later with all the lights still on in the house and the tv lol

You can order a Nintendo Game & Watch with the original Zelda game from Best Buy for $50. Definitely worth it to revisit old memories, and maybe finally beat the game lol. I'd love to see an asmr video of you playing it

That book has some rather profound things there that even males could rightly get into. Anyways before I go to my comments I just want to wish you safe travels on your move and hopefully it isn't too stressful.
1. I had a good little snicker over the urban dictionary suggestion. My head goes in bad places sometimes but I had the thought of some unsuspecting person finding a term that's blatantly rude LOL! Ah, i'm such a goober sometimes.
2. I was going to say at the end of this video you're going to go make some cookie dough LOL
3. I have very good memories of playing Pac-Man and Super Mario Brothers in front of the living room TV. Those were really good days. You'd be amazed at how far video games have come. The new Zelda game is a FEAST for the eyes.
4. The music suggestions are good ones. Last week I found a playlist generator for spotify and I made a 100 song playlist based on the song "He's So Shy" by the Pointer Sisters....Lots of '80s songs got generated. I was dancing around all night which was good because I was pretty blah that day/night.

I cannot tell you how much my respect for you SKYROCKETED upon finding out that you're a fellow Zelda fan. The original's incredibly addictive and, considering how significant gaming is in my life, I'm glad you could find solace in the adventures therein while your kiddos were away. My dad would play certain games of mine while I was off at school and wound up getting obsessed with them, which really helped us bond, so I always appreciate parents who give games a go. I may also be able to help you make that dream of yours come true! Do you, your kiddos, or your grandkiddos happen to have a Nintendo Switch? There's a way to play the original Legend of Zelda on there! If not, I still have some ideas.
I’m not sure what they have. Our 17 (almost 18 year old!) grandson plays some complicated contraption. And the 8 and 10 year old grandsons are an hour’s flight away. I think I have to start from scratch.

@@JeannieBASMR You can definitely still find the original game consoles and games, although considering the age of that technology, they don't operate the most reliably! The game system is a Nintendo Entertainment System (abbreviated to NES). A few years ago, they "re-released" the NES with modern technology and games are actually already installed on the console (including original Zelda!), without needing individual game cartridges. I don't know how readily available those re-released systems are, but that would probably be your best option! Look up "NES Classic Edition" or "NES re-release" to start your search!
