As for Ghana there’s a promise of shelter and food for your siblings but in abroad, the weather alone can kill you. How can you allow yourself to be homeless for years, meanwhile there are dozens of places to seek shelter in Europe especially Belgium. You can go and seek asylum or go to the churches for help.
Am currently in Asylum Camp in Germany, but thank God for everything. At least you have a place to sleep, clothes to wear, food to eat and healthcare is 100% secured. Small small you get some work to do outside either with someone's paper or under table job until you stand up on your feet well.

When I was in Italy i knew some boys from Ghana who came to play football. These guys were playing second and third division clubs in Italy but they were making good money. One guy was making €8,000 a month. He stayed at a house provided by the team. He didn’t pay rent and ate for free at the club’s training grounds. One time he bought 2 brand new BMW cars and shipped it to Ghana so he can attract a very popular actress. Fast forward he got injured and his career ended . Out of shame he run from Italy to go and work at a factory in Germany. SMH. These footballers really make good money so sometimes when I hear stories like this I take it with a pinch of salt. Even someone playing in Belgiums lower division teams can make 5,000 Euros a month and they don’t even pay rent. So it is shocking when they end up broke.

Hi Dj, Please just let this guy know that he has every right to be given stay in Belgium, he has a case and he need to fight to be given residence based on human right. If he does not have too much runnings with the police and his name is clean enough, he can get his papers. on the hand he should put in a case that he arrived in belgium as a minor and he has no relatives in Ghana to return to. this guy has a good case but he will need a good lawyer and the only problem in his current state is money. may be the only problem, but he has a good case. and he should be careful using an African lawyer or Indian lawyer or any lawyer from the third world. he should look for an European lawyer. Please note that papers does not come cheap for some people. you need to fight hard for papers in a case like this. not every body gets papers easily.
he should keep this in mind and just stay focus and fight.
