The "Western" sound you were hearing during the song was a sample from Ennio Morricone's music from the soundtrack for the movie "The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly" which is a famous western that is well known for its music. You have almost certainly heard the main theme from that movie either sampled in some TV show, or imitated by some comedian or acquaintance. Over that sample Nile Rogers added a guitar riff.

3:40 the way chaewon says the last couple words hear sounds like an eargasm Omfg like they all say it… but there’s just something different in how she pronounces it that just sent a chill down my spine….
