You're welcome! The green casts action is for removing green color tints on skin when you're photographing people outdoors in the grass. For the frequency separation action, please watch our video on editing newborn skin with frequency separation :)
Some people use an elevated dog bed like this one: amzn.to/38HiH35 and many photographers like to use a card table like this one: amzn.to/2sU2cS8 It's best if if the table has adjustable legs so that you can adjust the height to the height that you want
