Visiting Lokrum Island | Things To Do In Dubrovnik Croatia

- We love Dubrovnik but it can get super busy. A day trip to Lokrum Island from Dubrovnik is a perfect thing to do on you travels here. There is a little something for everyone. From the nature walks and trails, the forts and monastery, the peacocks and rabbits to a swim in the Dead Sea or one of the rock beaches. Just the boat from Dubrovnik to Lokrum Island is a great experience and thing to do in Dubrovnik. Out on the Adriatic Sea, looking back at the old town and some of the beaches of Dubrovnik is just so peaceful and amazing.

Honestly, totally unaware of Game of Thrones 'till visited Croatia in 2016. Absolutely thrilled to discover scene locations by chance and realising I'd visited them when later watching GOT! Favourites include Gardens of Maximilian, Path of Paradise and of course "Kings Landing" Locrum Island was up there in top 5 trips in and around Dubrovnik.

Really glad I watched this! If pandemic travel restrictions allow it I'll be in Dubrovnik next month. Fingers crossed! I'm curious how long it takes to walk around everywhere on Lokrum.
Fingers crossed for you, for us we spent about 3 hours and saw most things on the island. We had a few short stops too.

Nice vid! I live in dubrovnik and go on lokrum almost every day there are some things thath are on island and they are beautiful but you didnt visit it ..😅😂
