although what you say is true, i think it's most likely due to the fact that there is only ONE and i mean ONE antishield item, and it's ONLY lethality, so anyone who doesn't want lethality is forced whether to not buy it and lose antishield opportunity or buy it JUST for the antishield and ditch the item stats

Mythmage, just in general I am concerned and convinced that players plat-gold and under are not aware of the existence of effects such as "anti healing" and "anti shield" very hilarious 😂
Like you ever see in norms when the enemy has multiple healing and shield in their kits, and at the end of the game you're the only one on your team who picked items to counter it.

item winrates are deceiving. often times there is stuff happening, like if senna gets favourable teamcomps against her where she doesnt get 1 shot by assassins, she can afford to go for an aggressive buy like ghostblade and win even harder, and as a result the item has the highest winrate. where most of the games she might not be able to get away with buying it and has to buy other items, which is why the winrates on those are a bit lower.
this is why its generally not a good idea to buy items only according to their winrate on a champion.
also, it could have been interesting to go for the healing/shielding quest for 100% attack speed and increased heals, then go moonstone, and the item that gives you additional attack speed based on your heal/shield power and a heal on hit for your ally.
