    I have been making chicken wings on the Blackstone Griddle for many years. I've cooked wings in lots of states coast-to-coast. It's simple. The keys are to make sure you control your griddle top temperature and keep those wings moving!

      Yes! I have deleted my subscription to all those other guys. The reason they jumped is because that company sent them a free grill just for the exposure. Blackstone doesn't have to give grills for a video. Blackstone sells itself.

      @@briankoebele2549 Several that I used to watch regularly. But I am not going to put these CZcamsrs on the spot over a comment. They have chosen their favorite grill and it is my privilege whether to continue to follow them or not.
      Camp Chef is the brand that they received though.

    Todd, I love wings on the Blackstone. I use whole wings. I crack the joint so they lay flat. I season with salt and pepper. Brown them a little, then brush with Carolina Treet bbq sauce and place them on a stainless steel wire rack and close the lid to finish the cooking. The sauce caramelizes and they are sticky and savory.

    Love wings on the griddle. Like to coat them in the sauce right on the griddle at the end of the cook to get some caramelization.

    Just finished cooking them for dinner. They were phenomenal! I used a little Sweet Preacher pork rub (from Walmart). Family loved them. Way better than when I try to cook them on the Pit Boss.

    Todd, these look like a great idea. Been watching you for years. Bought my first Blackstone 36 inch w/ stainless stand after watching you a few years back. Then my fiancé got me the 30 inch 3 burner w/ built on lid for Father’s Day last year. BUT IT GOT STOLEN off my back porch the other day. I was pissed and shocked. It’s a rather heavy unit to make off with. Hopefully I get another soon. Keep Making America Griddle Again Todd!!!

    Ok brother you are high lighting the BlackStone Griddle!!! Who would’ve thought that up BUT TODDY T. !! Looks Delicious? So I wanna see some not Stir fry, not smash burgers 🍔 not Cajun but I want to see you dooooo, something like boneless jerk chicken thighs on a bed of Uncle Ben’s rice Pilaf And Brussel Sprouts or Blackened Trout on a bed of Sautéed kale with onion and garlic butter sauce sauce and Griddle Asparagus I’m sure many of us would love to see the Gourmet side just give it a try!!

    Boom, you hit my absolute favorite power food. I have to limit sugar to near zero in the various sauces, so I make a dry rum of spices. Thanks for the technique. I use a handheld infra-red thermometer to train myself on the various heat levels and what they look like on the griddle.

    Thanks Todd....made these tonight for dinner!! I need to crisp them up a bit more at the end next time....but they are definitely good. The Ranch dressing tip is MONEY! Better than what comes in the squeeze bottle for sure. More like the restaurant tasting ranch. We ran the sweet baby ray Hot wing sauce, and ended up with a decent hot wing!!

    Wings look great ! Mine always seems to be red around the bone on the drumets . Some times I have to put up on a rack and shut hood to get them cooked all the way through ! Any advice?

    A good tip is to start with butter and oil and start with the drummets about 10 mins (5 mins each side) before the wings so the wings don’t dry out and over cook. The drums definitely take longer to cook. I also like to tent the wings for a few minutes with a spritz of water to create steam to help cook through. Once you cook wings on the Blackstone, you won’t want them any other way! Delicious!!

    They looked great , I was wondering if pre cooking in boiling water would help to get them done in the middle? I made them once on my black stone and they looked awesome but the centers were pink. The wife wouldn’t eat them but I am a guy so I ate them and they tasted awesome. Just the pink color scared her away

    I do this Todd, but I smoke them @225 for about an 1.5-2hrs. then sauce them and move to the griddle to finish/caramelize... Someone called this Daytona style once.

    Todd.... Love your channel....Love your recipes ......But sorry fellow hate your team. You live in the state with one of the best teams in hockey....Why the most hated team in hockey... Thank you for pointing out to people about cross contamination with utensils. Most people don't realize it and give themselves mild contamination all the time. I use to maintain a Kitchen Management certificate and I can't tell you the times i have seen issues.
