Tatum is averaging nearly a triple double. He is getting swarmed on defense, so he is doing everything he should do in that situation... play defense, rebound the ball, and find the open man. That's why he got so many rebounds and assists. You can either go point hunting, or be a team leader and get the whole team involved and win the game. Plus this is for sure a strategy by the coach, turn Tatum into a passer and take advantage of double and triple teams. He is playing excellent basketball, just not hitting the shots. Kyrie is trash, Luka couldn't defend 4th graders. Mav's role players are in way over their heads. Celtics in 5

Basketball is about averages taking harder shoots against elite defensers will mostly lead to lower efficencies. Kyrie is a pure shooting guard not a point guard. You need to use him efficiently to get the best value out of him. Thats why he failed in boston playing pointguard

Everyone analyzes everything else, but those calls changed the momentum of the game. Just like not calling an obvious foul when the Mavs were down by 5 that could have led to a 3 point game. Both teams know when the refs are helping them win and when the refs are hurting them. It’s the NBA’s way of rigging games while looking innocent.
