I missed the stream but this was glorious. I'm astounded you did it. Also how did you do it for snake? My niave approach would be give a lifetime to the segments. So the "longer" you are is just cuz they live longer.
Yo, man. I just watched the Blackthornprod video and i think you should consider to finish your "Memento Mori" game. It could be nice small open world adventure like a short hike or lil gator game

Also if you are doing these fast projects may be worth Disabling Domain Reloading, for quick trial and error playtesting! Much quicker to enter play mode from the editor!

Man, you made the first one so much harder by using unity physics. It would have been so much easier to make your own collision code. Like..
If players ySpeed < 0 && playerposition - playerheight/2 - 1 pixel down has a platform { ySpeed = jump speed }
Then player yspeed -= your gravity variable each frame
