RJM Mastermind PBC/6X Rundown

Hey mate, planning a new board and noticed you have the synesthesia. How do you find it comparing it to hx stomp effects?

Great looking board, thanks for sharing! I've actually got my eye on the PBC/6X and HX Stomp combo, but I didn't hear you talk about the HX Stomp in the video. How are you incorporating it into your setup?
Honestly, after trying to go digital (FM9) I am just finding better tone and inspiration sticking with my tube amps and pedals. However I was thinking about using something like an HX Stomp in the effects loop of my amps to cover all my time-based effects needs. What is your opinion on this approach? I've never tried Strymon pedals but they have such a great reputation. Would you say you prefer them to the HX Stomp's effects? Cheers

Hey man, check out my pedalboard rundown video, I talk more about that there. I use the HX stomp just for amps. The effects in the stomp are also really good. I prefer analog drives, but the wet effects in the HX are all really good. I get a new idea for the Home page that can access any page like Dry, Midi, Wet & Etc.

Hey what cable to do use for stereo out of PBC to the Timeline? Does it matter? need to be TRS?

It doesn’t need to be, unless you want to run stereo out of the PBC. I made a TRS ➡️ Dual mono cable to run to both ins on the timeline. You’ll need the Non TRS end to be dual mono since the Timeline has two input jacks and not a universal jack
