Yes that is very annoying Both my dogs know better not to bark unless they hear something and then I look and tell them thats enough and good boys I will not tolerate a continueing barking dog And I have a chihuahua and he only barks when he hears something
This dog takes it to an obscene degree. When I try to work from home I have a hard time concentrating because it's constant when its owners aren't home. It finally got to a point that I had to bring animal control into it...I hated to do that because the second law enforcement becomes involved, I lose the ability to control what happens. I don't want a person to get fined because of their pet's behavior, but like it or not once a dog becomes a nuisance that's pretty much that.
