@@JonInChiangMai WTF is a team of support agents. I manage one support agent - my wife. She does not earn any money but she does look after me, the house and the garden as well as sometimes friends & family. The management aspect is ensuring that she remains an asset and does not become a liability.

Hey Jon, love the additions to the studio space. It's looking more lively. Here's a fun idea. When you travel anywhere on your bike, could you do a timelapse video part with music to show some traveling?

Jon, you started relatively recently including your wife in the videos. I know she has a pastry business and this would be good from a marketing standpoint, to start including content (or highlighting content) with her. In other words, more varied content and good for the both you and her business. If she is eventually interested in sending pastries on GRAB or other delivery services, all the better! Think about it 😊

I like to see the everyday things. The places you go, even the supermarket, the places around CM to visit for a day trip, your favorite coffee shops, where to eat etc. We are new to CM so everything like that is helpful.

I don't believe you need to make "double quality" videos .
I am also working on earning money through youtube, and have been experimenting with different editing techniques, and it seems like slowing down and taking more time with my content yields better results

You who speak the Thai language should (instead) make videos for Thai people. Put a Thai flag on all videos and tell us about how you experience Thailand. Tell how good Thailand and its people are. Report how a Westerner living in Thailand experiences the country and differents places.

Local families with roots, blood lines, lore, family relics running back towards the Lanna Kingdom. Border-area and cross-border tourism. Local attractions that double as a walking destination and sitz-platz. Neighborhoods, Etc. Your wife brings an authentic face and voice to local subjects. Neighborhoods.
