Introduction to Hapkido Pt 2

We teach our students to move into an attack first. That's IMPORTANT! Once they've learned that concept, introducing combination Hapkido moves becomes possible. In this video, a combination sweeping block-into-head wrapping technique is then combined with a reinforced punch, delivered simultaneously.
