Sunday Morning 21 - Untamed Youth (1957)

The 9th film shown on Mystery Science Theater 3000 was the 1957 American teen film, Untamed Youth. This cinema classic was directed by Howard W. Koch and written by John C. Higgins. It stars Mamie Van Doren, Lori Nelson, John Russell, Don Burnett, Lurene Tuttle, Eddie Cochran, Yvonne Fedderson and Jeanne Carmen.
This film is the story of two young and beautiful sisters working for crooked characters at a rock 'n' roll prison farm. The plot is a bit silly but there is plenty of singing and dancing to make the time go by.
The film was shown on MST3K on January 27, 1990. Enjoy! I did!

I always wondered why Crow made that comment about "not making a singer out of you". The MST3K crew were pretty hip, I can't imagine they didn't know who Eddie Cochran was or about his contributions to rock n roll.
