Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Liverpool are in direct talks with Arne Slot.
He seems the most likely manager at the moment.
Amorim is probably the backup candidate given his fixation on 3-4-3 and needing more money for the release clause and signings.
The only ones who know who the next Manager is Liverpool FC otherwise its rumors

Don't get why Liverpool aren't going all out for Inzaghi. Yes he plays 3 at the back but he's a serial winner. Look at the trophies he's won since arriving at Inter (Serie A title being the latest) and he's a cup specialist too.

It's not just about his last season. He seems to last 2/3 years at most, in his previous gigs and appears to fall out/have very public disputes with his superiors. Also his brand of football is not the greatest. Strong no for me.
