Theory on how this is done:
1) Motion capture suits hidden under the baggy clothes for realistic shadows. Using invisible shadow catcher models to project shadows onto walls.
2) Minimal green screens if any used, possibly all rotoscope. Wearing hoodies to avoid a messy roto edge with hair.
3) CamtrackAR filmed on iPhone for the camera motion.
