Nick giving Brou the cookies made me smile 😂😂😂
His face of joy! He was looking at the camera like, can I eat these now? 😆😆
@@DavidJohnson-zj5kf He couldn't wait WAIT for a commercial break so he could eat that cookie.
I think you guys are missing the point. Nick gave Brou the cookies to throw off his very entertaining and manipulative, argument that sometimes seems to convince Wildes to take his side.
I was embarrassed for them. Clearly an advertising ploy. Watch the way they place the boxes and refer the "crumble cookie bet" three times. Crumble paid for this bet to be made.

I’m a Chiefs fan. I’m a Nick Wright supporter.
But Broussard is correct here. This is on Brett Veach thinking you can put cab drivers in the WR room and Mahomes will carry them.
What you said makes sense but anyone that is a self-proclaimed “Nick Wright supporter” cannot be taken seriously
He's not Tom Brady😂
Brady did it. Belichick was only the defensive mind.

I’m a KC fan, and at some point we are what our stats say we are. We are a team that drops passes and turns the ball over
As a cowboys fan I needed you guys to win😭
Everyone, instead of talking about the receivers dropping the ball, why don’t we address Mahomes FAILING to score points in the second half for like the 100th time this year 😂 every Qb has dealt with the receivers dropping the ball but Mahomes should be getting blamed the most since all his fanboys think he’s the next coming of Brady yet he can’t come up when it matters most, when has Brady ever had a stretch this bad? Exactly NEVER!!!
As a KC fan I feel better after the intervention lol
We are a team with a very good defense and an offense that can't close the deal. Veach made a big mistake not paying for WRs. I think last year made him over confident that Mahomes could make it work without star WRs. I hope he learns his lesson. Without WRs teams just triple team Kelce and shut it down. To think how good this team with a great defense, great running game and great TE would be if we had a #1 receiver. Bite the bullet next year and let Jones walk so we can sign a star WR. Higgins is a free agent!! Mike Evens on a 2 year deal?!?
at least you've come to the light. some other ppl think that mahomes can overcome this. cant throw the ball to yourself.
20-0 NEVER A DOUBT

This game shows exactly the reason why Green Bay let MVS go, he consistently drops huge passes. Also it feels a little bit like Green Bay with Aarod about 7 to 5 years ago where the Front Office thinks the Quarterback is so special he can win with anybody. Rodgers had Adams and Mahomes has Kelce. Obviously they have a really good defense but help the guy out a little and give him a consistent WR Core. Can't always be a two man show.
Agreed somewhat... Mahomes always has had an abundance of weapons on offense and an elite O-line with one of the greatest play callers in Andy Reid. And the Chiefs have made attempts to draft WRs in the 2nd round. Meanwhile the Packers drafted Aaron's backup in the 1st round after an MVP szn while Rodgers was playing behind a sorry O-line, so the Packers went and drafted 3 O-lineman all in the 6th round 😂😂
MVS doesn’t catch the ball with his hands, he uses his body to trap it. He had to reach for Mahomes throw, and when he tried to bring the ball into his body, it bounced out.
the ball was overthrown just a bit.......... kinda hard for a receiver to secure the ball when he has to lay his body out vertically to even get his fingers on it.
@@Grievous_ mahomes is throwing bullets across the entire length of the field to wide open receivers and they are dropping the passes time and time again. Mahomes could not be any farther to blame lol. If he was failing to throw then yes he would be to blame but anyone with at least a high school level education can see what the real problem is with the chiefs, their receivers.
Brock Purdy 333 yards 3 TD's 0 INTs. Hurts + Mahomes combined = 327 yards 2 TD's 2 INT's.

Nick puts the blame onto Mahomes and Kelce because they're both undisputed HOFers. He can then follow up any criticism with "what, you don't have faith in Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce?" But Brou and many others have been calling out the receivers all season long. It's week 12 and things aren't improving. If you're 10 games into a 17 game season and your receivers look incompetent, that's a real problem.
Yep and still people think they xan "figure it out" at some point you have to look ane say "ITS NOT ALRIGHT"
Yeah and the AFC is such a bloodbath and those margins are gonna get tight in games. I'm honestly not convinced KC can even get out of the divisional round if the WR's keep playing like this. It is a huge flaw that teams are going to continue to exploit from now on. Stop the run, force Mahomes to throw and double team Kelce and the KC offense grinds to a halt.
His point is still sound though - the receivers are who they are. He said they're not going to get better, he said they can't make any moves right now, what do you want him to say? He's 100% right in that Mahomes and Kelce both made critical errors in the red zone, and without them, the Chiefs win by 10 points.
@@MattRowland yes but to expect tjem to play 100% flawless in rhe playoffs is a huge ask.... Especially when they figure out how pacheco moves and they lock down rhe others ..
@@MattRowland His point isn't sound. He has yet to acknowledge how terrible the wide receivers are, he's been making excuses for them all season. If his argument is that it's on Mahomes and Kelce to deliver near perfect play to compensate, well that's certainly a take. But it's an idiotic one. The Chiefs have the 14th ranked scoring offense, 22.5 PPG. They score less than the Colts or Browns with a backup, and the fundamental root cause of that is not Mahomes or Kelce.
So what Nick is saying is that, Patrick Mahomes needs players around him to be able to compete? So... why does he hold it against Brock Purdy?
Facts
He didn't need it last year when he won the super bowl....so there's that....
Because Purdy isn't in contention for the greatest qb of all time. He's not even the best player on his offense.
To be able to compete? They are 7 and 3 & literally the reigning champs lol BTW they should of won last night as well yall slow.
There's a large difference between having the best overall talent at the skill positions in the league vs at least having remotely competent WRs.

This is why I was begging the Chiefs to sign Thielen last offseason (for Thielen’s sake, because I’m a Vikings fan). That man has some of the best hands in the game, he has more yards than anyone on the Chiefs, and only Kelce has more touchdowns.

No. WRs mean more than people want to admit. Pat is off this year because he has zero trust in them and for good reason
@@usernamesrlamo This is what his life will be like for the next few years. It will either be WRs, Oline, defense, or someone else. The salary cap is the real limiting factor here. Mahomes will now have to learn to do what Brady did: adapt and make the best of flawed teams. Like Brady, he's one of the few who can do that. But this is his growing pains of dealing with big contracts and essential pieces missing.
He's not gonna stop wrs from dropping the ball.... Andy called the plays while he was there and now after he's gone

This is why you don't call a team undefeated before they play a game in the regular season
Let's consider the facts:
1) The Chiefs WR core has been lacking.
2) It was cold and raining, and that pretty obviously affected the passing game on both sides. It's not like Kelce usually has butterfingers.
3) The Chiefs threw the ball twice as much as the Eagles, despite having a pretty efficient running game working for once.
At some point, you kind of have to expect coaching to stop putting their players into unnecessarily difficult positions, and just shift gears to something that actually works. If someone asked me before the game if I thought this Chiefs team would do well throwing it 40 times in the rain, I'd have said probably not.
Couldn't have said it better. They were running at will, but shifted away from that.
