Thanks for this - very good although some questions are very badly worded and I know it's the fault of Wolverhampton not the AZ such as.... is a private hire vehicle always a private hire vehicle? No because after the vehicle is 12 years old it is no longer a private hire vehicle.

Well you then look at the answers and obviously think the only 2 answers say never and yes never cant be the case simply because the plates are on it
