I think the best way to describe Adam west's batman is "The caped crusader". Christian bale was "The Dark Knight".
Adam West was all West..Bale had padding on the costume. lol

For 88, this guy has aged amazingly.
Whether you like old or new Batman, Adam West is still a charming, cool guy like he's always been.

Because he didnt create some of the most iconic superhereos of all time. Stan Lee created Spiderman, Hulk , F4, and many others. Adam West simply played Batman in a tv show
Because Adam West was a terrible Batman
They should get a Batman # 1 issue and have all the Batman actors sign it (West,Keaton,Kilmer,Clooney,Bale,Affleck,Kevin Conroy, maybe some other voice actors who have portrayed him in animated films/shows like Diedrich Bader etc...
Imagine if they all were at a comicon together at a table and people were invited to bring a batman comic and stand in line and get one autograph from each of them.
That would be cool.
THen they should sell it on E-bay for billion dollars lol :) Jk

You speak for yourself. I personally feel like that people who didn't grow up on that Batman show only likes Adam West Batman due to his affiliation with Family Guy and the gifs of him running with the bomb and etc. I don't hate Mr. West, I just hate the campy Batman he played as

I just see it as a new chapter of the same character. I don't like Season 1 Walt more than season 5 Walt because they are the same Walt.
Of course there will be some people who likes it, but I'm saying the popularity of the show is largely due to Adam West in Family Guy

Yes. He looked amazing! And I met with him at a con a few months before he passed. And he was energetic, and as he spoke, he was charming and his mind was razor sharp! Right to the end, he was wonderful! And to me, he will always be THE Batman!

+Victor Edwood Really? Because he was a loyal representation of the Silver Age - Batman.
And yeah, Batman is supossed to be dark, but by the time this series came out the Batman comics where closing in to cancellation, also acording to Bob Kane. The series made Batman a house-hold name on par with Superman.
And even then, the people who made the series have never said that their Batman should be taken seriously, their take on him is cheesy and camp and they admit it.
Wether you like it or not, this Batman is a fundamental part in the legacy of the caped crusader.
I want a batman game of this kind of batman

The time was right because of the 1960s batman tv show is on blu ray and DVD that it helped with doing this movie and the next movie and going ahead with doing made the time right to do batman again and people would want it now
This would be the only way to do Batman again that is like with the 1960s Batman t.v. show and did not have to wait any longer to be ask because know one else ever did ask him to do Batman all this time and did it just in time that was not to late to do it
