If I didn't recognize the teammates, I would think this is Kobe's prime. His skill sets are still incredible, especially the footwork. Kobe might be inefficient at that time, but undoubtedly he was still one of the best players in the league offensively.

This was a tough season to watch .. if Kobe had this team in 2004-2007 then he wouldâve probably won a championship lol .
Kobe in this season was a step slower but still as crafty as ever.. didnât get much lift on his shots as he used too but was still able to be elusive enough to get the shots off.
Kobeâs skill really showed this season.. yeah he averaged 17 PPG on 35% shooting but it was just beautiful to watch every game this season just to see Kobeâs last time in the NBA.

Joseph Stevens I grew up watching Kobe, not Kareem. Kobe actually played in the best defensive era as oppose to Kareem playing in a weaker era in the 70s. Man couldnât even go left. Kareem is a a greater winner, but skill set, Kobe has the edge.

There are so many tragedies that happen everyday that the world doesn't know about. So much senseless loss of life by many means unknown to those outside of the select few that are the only witnesses and bearers of a heartbreaking loss. Respect to all of you. There are also tragedies involving people who are known the world over. The heartbreak of the accident that claimed the lives of all aboard this helicopter crash is a gut wrenching mix of both. Mikey Lalor I understand what youâre saying. That trip to Germany did him well. But mentally he devolved back to his prime 06 years. Injuries or not, for him to not utilize his teammates with all that talent. He still had the âme score first attitudeâ and cost his body.
No reason why they was struggling with all that talent to get in the playoffs race.
And thatâs why phil is so important for Kobe....2006 he made the playoffs as the 7th and struggled to make the playoffs in 2013. With more talent/experience/rings.

I still think 2013 was the end of good Kobe because even with that mindset, he reverted back to championship Kobe for the second half of that season, but it ultimately cost him the rest of his career in the process. Phil Jackson was indeed that important to Kobe however, and if you want to say 2011 was the end of the NBA champion player known as Kobe Bryant than I won't disagree.
