Take small pieces of chicken in a pan add very little water,salt,black pepper & ginger garlic paste, cook it till all the water evaporates and all the masala sticks to the chicken. Done!!!

That amount of chicken won't cover your protein
U can increase the chicken n reduce the veggies, i like to keep my fibre content high
Adding noodles will make it so good
