I, too, had to change the way I eat. My BP was high, and I was dizzy felt horrible. I did the Carnivore diet for three months to get off the BP meds. I have a little veggie and berries now, but I haven't tried fasting. I t was a lot of changes as once for me, but I know people have great success with fasting.
@@lindamccue4820 I had fasted b4 so I know what it can do but it was easy for me to start this time because I literally couldn’t eat. I fasted for 50 hours and finally ate yesterday cause I thought that was too long to not eat but I want hungry I was up so night again. I wish I wouldn’t have eaten. I feel terrible today. I don’t know what is going on with me. I have doctors appointments on Monday
@Barefootgarden I am glad you are going to get that checked. Karen was swollen and bloated they gave her an antibiotic and she lost 14 lbs just from all of the inflammation in 10 days. They think it was a diverticulitis flare.
