I was Blessed to see and Hear Apostle Williams Preach at my Mother's (Missionary Evie Willis) Pastor 's Church- Dr. O'dell Lyerly. (Bishop Carey Robinson was my first BIBLEWay Pastor. I went on to join with my Mother in Serving.) That night Bishop Huey Rogers Sang "We will Let The SPIRIT Take Control". I'm not sure if Min. Curtis Brown Sr. Played the organ, but He was there as well as his Dad, our Diocese Bishop Curtis Brown Jr. We, the District Choir, Sang "Keep Me in the Time of Storm", a Song that Speaks even now especially in this COVID-19 era.
My spiritual grandfather, I was ordained an Elder by him in 1985 at the Mother Church in Washington DC. Consecrated a Bishop in 1998 at the Mother Church by Apostle Huie L. Rogers. Elevated to the office of an Apostle in 2007 at the Mother Church by Apostle Huie L. Rogers.
Bishop Williams was a charismatic man, who was a gifted and effective communicator. This little clip is filled with gold. Thanks for posting Mike
