Just got one today. The thing is great. I bought it for my 13 year old son. I'm 6'2" 210 and this thing had no problem!
I am totally jealous at how nicely packaged your bike was. Mine looked like the box was dragged along the ocean bottom all the way from China and the contents thrown in like the box was a dumpster. In the end the bike is nearly perfect tho and it runs great.
They call this A MINI BIKE, Ours was huge! Thanks, this saved us hours.

good thing watched this. no instructions. no tool set. missing 2 rear fender bolts and came box in perfect shape but missing the above. saved me a lot headaches. ran perfect right outbox. no adjustments at all. air pressure one tire to high. thanks saved me hours of looking

Just because you had issues doesn't mean everyone will. My Hisun engine runs perfectly fine with zero issues. I would never swap this engine out for a Predator. It is just as upgradable with performance parts as any other clone including the Predator. If I were to upgrade engines it would be with a Honda GX200 or a Champion 196cc. In my opinion a Predator is a slight upgrade in power but probably a downgrade in quality. I have been in mini bike forums where there are dozens of people with this engine and have heard no reports of engine problems.
The engine was bogging at the start, The pull starter has already broke, and the cam shaft is a 5/8th so I can't buy a torque converter for it. I have never had a problem with a predator before, and since the hisun wasn't delivering, I warned against the engine. I may have just had the "unlucky one" but im not going to let any thing that happens off the hook because I want the public to beware of these potential problems before buying.
Fair enough. As far as the crank size goes, Coleman did that for a better quality clutch because they were getting so many complaints about clutch problems. Seems there are three choices to install a torque convertor. Swapping out the crankshaft, use a 5/8 to 3/4 adaptor, and lastly swapping out the engine.

CountryTactical my friend has a the Coleman CT2000U. Is is terrible I already had like 5 problems with it and know one you take it off of choke it will just activate the clutch and start going and if you stop it will turn off and it will not start without choke.

Great video. On thing I'd have recommended is to use loctite on all your bolts.
What Oil Do you Use For Your Clutch?
Does the engine take oil? What kind if so? My bad just got it for my kid, and plan to assemble with him on Christmas.

I think he might be confused about bearing and axles. Oh and don't forget the nylocks too lol. Make sure them nylocks are tight lol. Make sure they're real tight so your bearings don't spin lol
What type of oil did you use for the clutch
So, what happened to the two short bolts out of the bag for the rear fender install? You never showed that.

I bought the same one when I look down at the front tire while riding it looks like it’s wobbly I’ve checked the tightness of the bolt and it’s very tight. Anyone else have that problem?

What tools do you need
I planned on buying a 420cc 13 minus the Mikuni and all the stuff that I'm going to put on it plus a torque converter I have had nothing but bad luck with clutches centrifical clutches that is so I would just say by a a Harbor Freight motor and a torque converter and all will be fine

Perfect for messing around the yard and trails. Not a diet bike but myself and my boys love it. Btw I'm 280. Not an issue for it. O my thing I didn't like was the lack of fork seal protection so we added gators from an old Honda handing around and passenger foot pegs for my youngest to ride with his brother
The correct break in procedure would of helped alot.
What was the problems that you had with the motor?
well, it was bogging when I was breaking it in (Probably my own fault because I accidentally left the choke on for too long lol) And recently the starter cable broke off, (also this ins't really a problem, but a complaint that the crank shaft is a 5/9th instead 3/4th inch so I can't get a torque converter)
