- To know what cars this tool can and can not do you need to look over the list. We look over every many this key programming tool has. Some car brands are listed but not all models are listed. Some models ate listed but only some systems are available. The easiest way is to just look over the list from start to finish. This is a key programming tool made by Lonsdor, the K518ISE is a new key programming tool that has the Toyota smart key emulator and other new functions that other key programmers do not at this stage.

Even when smoke came out when plugged into the power pack,, it still powered up after. My K518 is on its way back to China

My unit made it back to China, Cost me $90 AUSD to send it back, just waiting for them to repair or replace. Im hoping they dont just send it back. The unit still turns on , but you can smell something is cooked inside, and you can see something melted, a small mark on the case from the inside. So fingers crossed they do the right thing. Its not a cheap unit , so will have to wait for their reply to see how good the after sales service is.
I work for Mister Minit and we just got one of these. I haven’t had any problems with it yet. First real test today. 2014 Prado.
MY IS USELESS BECAUSE LONSDOR CHANGE THE SOFTWARE WARE FOR ALL LOST SMART KEY LONSDOR THEY FOOLING CUSTOMER WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER THEY CHANGE SOFTWARE ..PLEASE BUY TANGO .INSTEAD

Hi, I got to use the Xtool last week, but I have not had a chance to look over the tool, Looks the same as the lonsdor, but did not get a chance to compare one to the other, The Xtool has local car models if you buy from a reseller in Australia & support, hopefully soon I will have one to see what I can do with it
@@DrLockShop that's great, I will definately stay tuned to find out more. Yes I'm sure SG Lock will do one for around 2.8 plus about 0.8k for KC100 adapter. In the reseller version are they adding additional local models (more system software) or just making the software easier to use by adding more local model labels within the menu(s)

Hi, I did a Hyundai I30 with the tool today, it was good and quick. As for VW, BMW, I have not tested it on them. But I seem to like the tool, but I have not done BMW or VW with it. Sorry can not say, I have not used the VVDI2 . maybe some other locksmiths on the channel maybe have used both

i think land rover use there remotes as the immobilizer ive been dealing with a 2002 Land Rover evoke and when you insert the flip key into the ignition the remote starts to flash by it self. they can be programmed using on board procedure.

About 1500 for the old smoky , she is still working,,, obd2 or one of the china web sites, sorry have not taken her out in the last month, hopefully soon I will get the chance, I have the Toyota emulators too, but have not road tested them yet
They are building one for Aust market soon, The last update was in January
so you dont need to pay subrscriptions if you dont want or ? can you still device after 6 months if not paying subrscription ?

Its all one, no option for Aust only,, So you get all kinds of cars included. I have not tested it on many cars yet, I will try and do a video for each car I use it on over then next few months . Aust cars, See how it goes. I wish I had more cars to try it on.

hello im trying to become a local locksmith and i was about to buy my first programmer i live in south florida i get all type of cars which one ? would you recommend me to get this one as my first one?
How much money do you have, if you can get a loan , go all the way, if not start with a few old school programmers like SBB T300 TK100, you will recover your money faster , I have so many tools on the shelf and the old tools still make money ? Start small see if you like it , and have the time and money to do the harder cars when you get the chance.
Don't make the same mistake I did & buy an Autel, I bought an Autel Maxisys Pro MS908P when they were first released, they are junk & their Customer 'service' is among the worst I have ever seen! Autel = $5k Doorstop!
U will never find one tool for all autos. Sometimes is good just to clone transponder key but new generation cars need mvp pro or this one. Im cloning with mini884 and just 2 cars refused to be cloned. Let me know how u getting there. LV

Hi,i seem to be having a problem with my lonsdor k518ise,or maybe it's me?everytime i program a new key for someone their original key then doesn't work??
This has happened with a 2005 renault megane,a 2004 renault clio and a 2014 citroen berlingo,why does this happen??Do i have to program their original key first,then the new one?
From what I was told, you need to program them all at the same time, old and new
@@DrLockShop yep,that 's what i've started to do.Just saw a video the other day of a guy doing a Ford Focus key,i commented below his video what i've just said to you,because he just programmed a new spare key in the video,turned round and picked up the old untouched key and it still worked?
Before i started learning about this i thought if someone wanted a spare key,just do it and you're outta there!
But with the Lonsdor it seems the immobiliser has to come round to the Lonsdor's way of thinking,rather than the Lonsdor matching up the keys to the existing immobiliser code?

Your video basically only shows us the menu. You haven't tested it. For example you said the VW and Audi needs the eeprom to by removed, that is not the case, it reads the relevant eeprom (NEC24c32 etc) via OBD. I look forward to your videos where you are testing the relevant vehicle while plugged into the DLC.
Hi, thanks for your comment, yes you are correct I have not tested it on every car, this video is just to show the functions and menus. If I am wrong about the VW,thanks for letting me and others know.The best way to find out about this machine is from everyone who comments, I am unable to test it on every car, and as each locksmith around the world uses it, if they leave a comment it will help others. We do not sell the machine, only showing others what it has when powered up. And my best guess as to how it will works. Thanks for info on VW, please post more comments if you find anything more about the machine good or bad, or incorrect. Other locksmith, myself included are interested

yes, I did a few test and it seemed to be able to do it for the chip I was working on at the time
