    Why thooo, after look like after alcohol, lol? Why it can't be stable? It doesn't add more "realism" into overall gameplay at all and mess with the precision of the outcome.

      Recoil of all weapons is created to make non ads shooting hard to control and unpredictable, however this is not a problem when aiming down sight.
      This video is focused mostly on reloading animations since they made 3.0 important (excluding new guns and other changes).
