This video show you some of the dangers about buying from overseas online and some of my most recent negative experiences. enjoy!
1080p keychain cam was 12 dollars while making the video, when i released the video yesterday it was at 100 dollars... I check today and its at $14 dollars. Same description, same wording, same vendor and same comments. I bought one at $14 dollars and will be doing a separate video reviewing it when I get it.

Memory cards, smart phones and computer related hardware I always buy local Ebay, you have recourse if it`s fake when you purchase in Oz.
Golden rule-If it seems to good to be true it usually is.

    Use google translate.
You can translate those Chinese letter to english and know the rough location of the address. The rest, let the local Chinese people do the shipping. Be sure to also put the Chinese character shipping address unless you want them to be the same as you. Being able to not understand other language.

I think a lot of people think they're getting awesome gray market pricing when they see cheap counterfeits. One example of the gray market is items which are sold at different pricing levels around the world based on a country's economic situation. A phone may be sold across the globe at a lower price than you can buy it here, so you buy it from the gray market and get a good price, I'll leave the ethical issues up to the buyer.
China is usually not gray market goods. If you buy a GE quartz heating element from China, there's good odds it's not going to be from GE even if it looks like it is. If you buy a Shenzhen Lighting Co quartz heating element from Shenzhen Lighting Co based in Shenzhen, China, you'll probably get what you paid for.

First off - Don't fall for having to return the item. Make an issue with Ebay, PayPal and your CC. They shipped counterfeit goods - its not your responsibility to return them. Its a shame some Ebay manager is trying to pass the buck by forwarding that crappy return address. Don't get roped into that train of thought. Unfortunately you have to fight for your right NOT to be scammed.

Hairless Hippy Are you guys seriously suggesting that refunds should be issued without returning product? As a matter of policy? You do realize there are just as many bad buyers as bad sellers out there, right? How long do you think you'd be in business if you told your customers to go ahead and keep the money and the stuff... because we trust you. Talk about a free for all.
Your case was obviously not typical though so an exception should have, and probably would have, been made. You probably didn't have far to go before paypal closed the case in your favor. And it probably wasn't, but it wouldn't matter if the money was "gone" because paypal would cover.
