Norman, OK Plant Showcase Story

Our groundbreaking project at our very own Norman, Oklahoma facility shows how we’re leading by example in the race to net zero. We've upgraded our 900,000 square-foot research, manufacturing, and testing facility with the latest building tech, from a revamped central utility plant to onsite solar-photovoltaic solution-all managed and monitored by our OpenBlue digital platform.
The result? A 43% reduction in emissions, $960,000 saved annually, and a projected 3.5 million gallons of purchased water saved annually, pushing us closer towards our own 2040 net zero goals. These upgrades were achieved with minimal disruptions to the plant so that we can remain focused on manufacturing our sustainable HVAC solutions for our customers.
