Hey, just a note to customers because I've run into this before: There is a thing as taking entirely too long to ship, and some shops try to hide behind a no refund policy. A no refund policy does not mean you have to live with nonsense.
If a shop is taking an *unreasonably* long time to ship, if they don't send all the items in your order, or if it seems you won't get your order, you can get your money back. You have to go through the company you made your payment with and file a ticket. It's very easy with paypal, so I do suggest using them whenever you can. If you use your card, contact the company that issued your payment. It is illegal for a company to not give you what you paid for and then hide behind a no refund policy.
You guys it says the shipping time on their site. Theyâre made to order slimes to itâs longer than normal shipping. But it does tell you that plenty of times before you order.

OMFG!! I knew it!!! Thank you!! They were the first company i ordered from and it took forever and when your in Purchasing and Logistics for over 26 years and understand Shipping in the US and Out of the Country, there is no BS that I will take !! When your skilled in Export Laws nope!!! As soon as I said something my order shipped that day after 2 weeks of processing... Their website does say it too now.... Unfortunately my free slime is gross from them and I pray the other ones aren't... it was about 3 weeks maybe 3 and a half.. If i only went to CZcams before ordering..
I've been watching your videos for awhile. Thank you for providing such good reviews. My kids love slime and I really appreciate the amount of detail you go into especially with things like residue. My girls are 4 and 5 so they have very hot hands and it helps to know those kind of details. We love the coated clears!

You should try some Etsy slime shops. It seems like everyone just does reviews on the popular ones. And most of them sell out within minutes and leaves people disappointed. But if people would try other shops, people might actually give them a chance. A lot of us work hard on our shops and get hardly any business or no slime business at all. It's depressing sometimes. I enjoy your videos and thank you. Everyone that does reviews, just does the same companies over and over again and it gets boring.
I completely agree, the popular slime shops also tend to be super expensive and most of us canât afford it

1. Accused Peachy Bbies of copying their shop aesthetic, packaging style and mascot theme
2. Accusations floating around that they copy lesser known shops ideas
Their aesthetic? In what universe? Unless they think they own anything vaugely cute. I guess so with their generic weeb shop name. Too bad I was planning on checking them out at some point for the novelty packaging but I think its kinda a pass now.

Wow! I've heard people talk about shipping taking a LONG time but i'm not sure exactly about the controversies and the drama with Kawaii Slime Company

@@PJSlimes Just a future suggestion that might help drive views: it might be helpful to add a link to previous videos you've discussed something in like in a situation like this. That way it's easy for people to follow that link when they're done watching the video and you get more views. And views like that help with getting displayed in recommendations.

There are still a lot of slime shops that do not know how to coat their clear slimes. I suppose give them some time and they will figure it out. But thatâs been my experience is that the clears are going to be tacky or leave residue until the people figure out how to coat their slime. The Korean shops teach you to use renu and or basically contact lens solution. There is 2 ways and one is add the contact solution while making it and the second is at 2 to 3 days after the slime starts to clear and Then go in and add it.đ„ł
That's true! I know using foaming hand soap can work as a coat as well đ I've been trying to come up with a coated recipe that I really like, so far it's been extremely hard đ€§
@@PJSlimes oh girl I know! Iâm still struggling with precision in my recipe. Knowing how to and doing it I have found are two different things all together lol now that I got the 20 quart mixer itâs been easier to mix and experiment. I ordered a spiral mixer 30 quart to see how well everything comes together in it. Iâm finding (off topic) that bigger mixers are yielding better slime results. Creamier, thicker, fluffier and even sizzler textures. Good luck sweetie!
KSC tends to overactivate because of the heat. The shop is in Henderson Nevada 120 degrees. It melts during shipping. They do insert instructions for sticky slime and that it will be overactivated. I put hot slime in the fridge then let it rest a few hours. Usually it will soften at room temp. I find summer purchases require attention from all slime shops.
iâve ordered from kawaii slime company for my nieces and the shipping was horribly long. almost a month. most of the slimes were putty like and hard but at least 1 of them softened overtime. but the representation of the slimes are amazing.
They shipped my order pretty fast and with beautiful packaging but the slime itself was subpar. I got their savory and ice cream slimes and they smelled like chemicals and the texture was hard and not fun to play with.

One time I ordered something in April and it came in may đ
16 days wow it is such a long processing time! I usually say I ship 1-3 business days within average though it could be later. I notify when I will have longer processing times such as being out of town. Did the shop say 1-16 days to ship? I usually buy from shops with fast shipping. I also mainly work alone with creating all of the slimes, packaging and shipping them out! I do have another staff who orders supplies otherwise I work mostly alone, and having to balance between having a slime shop and school can be difficult! I am still glad I still can ship orders regularly within the processing time I listed!
I didn't see any processing times on the website. It was hard to navigate the site so I could've missed it but I didn't see anything!

Their TAT on the website top bar says 1-14 business days. If it was 16 days including weekends, that's within their processing times.

It's in a different KSC review if you'd like to hear more! But in tiny detail they got into it with Peachybbies during her revamp and have been accused many times of taking ideas from smaller shops

I recently ordered it took three weeks with most of that processing time I complained about that I got some of the slimes your review they were pretty good and the putty slime softened up over the week and now are stretchable and enjoyable but I will not order from them again because of the shipping time.

@@PJSlimes I just sent an email asking for a new estimated time of arrival. I appreciate the heads up that my order will be late but at the same time they advertise shipping in 1-19 days which doesn't seem to be accurate. My excitement for the order is dwindling. Unless these slimes completely blow me away, I'll be sticking with momo slimes from now on.
I've bought that honey comb slime my sponge broke a part very easily just to note don't know if you like or dislike that & the scent was spot on to honey a very sweet delicious scent that I loved but the slime I couldn't even play with at all way to stiff seems like there's & OG slimes always come way to stiff & nothing you do fixes it I feel like I'm making it worse probably because when I added softener it just got sticker same thing with rodem slimes everything way to stiff to play with. Momo slimes their slimes have always arrived the perfect texture.
I got loads of slime from them and every single one of them got hard and just not good from me playing with them for like 2 daysđ

Without a doubt I understand. The reason I brought it up however is because all other shops now have gone back to regular shipping times so that's what I compared it to
@@PJSlimes true but just because the shops have doesn't mean the shipping company used or flights have and there has also been case surges and mask mandates being reinstated. Like I understand the frustration but we're all in the same boat and others are worse off. People are short staffed because they couldn't afford to pay the amount of people they had. So I get your frustration but I also get that there are living breathing people on the other side who could have gotten sick, had a sick or dying family member, been short staff. We shouldn't judge people so harshly and create expectations when we don't know them or what goes on behind the scenes
I still agree, and I never meant what I said to come off as harsh. An abnormality in shipping times is stated by a lot of reviewers, even Kristi. I've also done a fair amount of research through other videos and through comments and having a long shipping time is not uncommon for this shop even before covid.
I personally was not affected by the long shipping time itself but I always mention it just in case anyone wants to buy and wants to know shipping times.

@@PJSlimes it's cool. Do you script your reviews? In parts regarding the shipping times it could be beneficial to mention previous issues existing before covid19 in that department and have a rating system of short, moderate and long wait times. I know you're just trying to be helpful and let people know what they're in for.
I take notes for the slimes, so not exactly like a script. If I want to remember to mention something I'll write that down as well and I definitely should've wrote down my explanation for my concern with the shipping. That's on me!
