My wife and I were able to see them last Christmas and then yesterday (May 25) for the Ancient Land concert in Salt Lake City. They were absolutely amazing. A standing O - of course! Looks like they now get a few very deserved months off. I *truly* hope to get to see them again soon.
I love how vague the lyrics are. It’s about Ireland but it could seriously be patriotic to anywhere. I really mean it. It says that the sun sets, there are stars in the sky at night, people tell stories, the grass is green, there are rivers, and it rains. The only real detail is that there are pipers, which I guess might be slightly more specific than the other things, but still not really.
