Do i have to choose any special option to get the vpd? Because university application process by uni-assist is as same as you show us.
The application process to uniassist will remain same. Uniassist knows which program needs VPD and which has direct admission. They will give you the documents accordingly.
Hi I have a question!! I applied for winter semester intake via Uni assist and got the admission from the university too. I asked the University to defer my admission but they said it’s not possible, and told me to re apply in the summer semester! Can I reapply using the same documents in Uni assist or should I upload new ones??

Bro, I am confused about VPD. So, whenever I apply for the first university through Uni-assist (paying 70 euros) do I need to sent documents for verification? is this is what VPD IS?
Yes, in both the cases (for VPD or online university application) you have to send your documents to uniassist.
I have already sent my documents to Uni-assist via post for one university. Now, do I need to repost the documents for TUM as well (coz the uni-assist says we need to send each document only once, even if you wish to apply to multiple universities or multiple courses of study)?
No. You have to send all the required documents at once only.
Even if you apply multiple universities.
Thats the very reason I always suggest select all universities at once.
But in this case you can add your new university (TUM) in the selection list and call those authorities about you concerns.

It should be sealed packed.
You can keep one opened transcripts with you for ref. Purposes.

You won’t send any original certificates to anyone.
You’ll always send photocopies of all the certificates and documents
And those photocopies should be notary attested.

Both are converting Indian grade to German grade. VPD is 'short-term' (only for Uni Bewerbung); Annekennung is the permanent official life-long document of equivalency. Please clarify at your convenience. Thanks.

Yes you can upload IELTS later also.
But make sure while sending all the documents to uniassist send it all together.

Hello, for getting VPD alone is it mandatory to upload LOR, SOP & Language certificates. Or simply we can just provide educational certificates/transcripts to get VPD?
for VPD also you have to upload all the documents.

So what I would do is when they ask any sort of document I would just submit all of it rather than questioning them. 😀

Bro I want to apply for VPD for ingolstadt winter semester 2022, if I search in uni assist for winter semester 2022 it is not showing, but in university portal they have mentioned that for VPD it is open, so what to do I'm confused
The application open date will be same on university and uniassist.
I guess it will start from May/June 2022 for winter semester.
i have an IELTS certificate with score 6 and a proof certificate that my bachelor degree studies were taught in English. Can i apply to TUM to study a masters programme there although it's written that minimum score of ielts is 6.5 or i will not be accepted for this?
If it’s written 6.5 then you’ll have to show 6.5 band
Sometimes university look for B2 level than what band you have.
So it’s a bit tricky.
TUM is very competitive university so I would say make sure you fulfill the requirements.
Need to send hard motivational letter to uni assist or soft copyi sufficient
When you send a parcel to uniassist send a hardcopy of motivation for that particular number of university.

After paying and after the verification of your documents you’ll get VPD

Please answer 2 questions which I don't see anyone has asked in comments section. :-
1) Can I send my documents to uni-assist even before applying to universities and without including the Application form of the universities, because uniassist takes a lot of time to process docs.
2) For each university we have to write a unique SOP. But how can I upload SOP for a university for which admissions are not open yet. Should I upload them even before admissions open for them ? or can I upload it at a later stage, when admission do open ?
Above questions are wrt to admission in WS 2022 .
Help will be much appreciated.

It doesn’t matter what language is your document in.
Notary is to validate the copy you just made.

Yes, in that case you’ll have to get a certificate from your university/college states you’ll finish the program by ….(approx date of finishing)…. And submit this bonafide certificate along with you other certificates.

No you should receive one VPD for each program.
Yes VPD of TUM valid for one year. you can apply to any number for courses at TUM with one vpd
It was nice information. But i went through 3 application process thru uniassist it said only online application and documents are accepted due to covid. Is this correct. I hv applied 2 weeks back thru uniassist online and waiting for confirmation. Any suggestion. Also is it required to compile all documents into one pdf file to submit to VPD. THX.
Due to the pandemic regulation there are a lot rules changing every month.
In this case I would call the uni-assist people and make everything sure.

If we upload all documents with IELTS report and they start processing our documents then is it possible to upload new IELTS result (can we change our documents if required?)
They will start the evaluation once you send all the documents to them.
So at the time of sending you documents. Select final documents and then send.

How uploades LOR the applicant or the professors and managers?
There are some university they asks you the professional email address of your processors and manager. And the university sends an email invite to then to write/ upload a LOR.
So during this process you have to be in touch with them.

You must mention the Program name in LOM then they will understand it.

(Urgent).. I want to apply for VPD for TUM. But as of now I don't have IELTs and LOM.
Question 1) So, will i be able get VPD without these two things ??. because TUM accepts online applications and later i have to upload this VPD to TUM online portal and there i will upload IELTs and LOM (as applications start from May and there is lot of time for these things).

For VPD there requirement of IELTS and LOM
Without those they won’t process it so you have to apply with full set of documents.

You’ll need to submit a document from your current university/college states you are a student there and you have one more semester to finish.

This was all quite confusing for a first-timer considering different universities have different requirements. I made the mistake of applying for my VPD on uni-assist too late, I don’t have my VPD yet and I didn’t know I had to apply directly to my university again with the VPD. Summer semester starts from March-April and winter starts from September-October
VPD takes 20-25 days and if you have all the documents ready you can take your Chance.
Hello Sir.. How to withdraw application if payment is failed... Also i tried many times but some technical error is comming so application is not able to withdraw.. What to do... N i cant do another application for VPD.. Only one is allowed.. N i don't have much time..
To withdraw the application you can do it in program selection tab the one is in right corner of the uni-assist portal.
And if still it’s not working try to contact the uni-assist people for the same they will have access to your application, so they can do it for you and they will answer you queries related to payment failures also.

The cost is for 1st application on uniassist and every extra application you have to pay 30€ on top of 75€. And this stays like this for a semester.

No you cannot do that.
VPD is specific document for that particular program.
You have to apply for two separate VPD if there is a requirement for both.

If you cannot find the course in uniassist list that means either the course is not open yet for the applications or you have to apply it via university website not on uniassist portal.

Did you apply via uni-assist?
If yes then you’ll have to ask to the uni assist that if they required any documents by post or not. Because I have talked to a lot of students in this period some says uni-assist asked them to send the documents, some says because of COVID they used online uploaded documents only. So in your case better you call them and ask.
And about your VPD once you upload all the documents and pay all the fees. uni-assist will give you time period of 4-5 weeks, within that period you should receive it via registered email.

For Computer Science people there is a huge scope in Germany and Europe.
With minimal or No requirements of German.
But for any type of MBA you’ll need minimum B2 level German to get a Job.

Hello sir, I have a question. Actually from university they will provide only one transcript. For my request, they will provide only one original Transcript in sealed envelope and other xerox copy in other envelope. If I send the original Transcript to one of the course in Uni-assist., Can I use the notarized xerox copy of Transcript for applying innother university?
While applying you to you university, ask them 10-15 transcripts (which will come sealed separate envelope)
You can open one of them and make pdf for your reference.
And you can send other envelope further.

@@anjualexander431 May I know, in which university you did your bachelor. According to my understanding if you pay your university fees for transcripts, you can ask how ever qty of it.
try telling them that you'll pay extra if its necessary.
Because Universities from Germany won't accepts the notarised transcripts.

Yes that’s right, it’s difficult for them to write all these letters.
What you have to do is, you ask them to write one general recommendation letter
Then, you’ll have to add 10 different universities name and program name on it. Then make a copy of it and ask your two professors to sign those 10 letter..
I content will be same on each letter just the letter should be dedicated to the university and the program.

@@HUMAN-qy6yw to be frank no one look for marks here in Germany. Usually at the time of admission I noticed that they look for your motivation towards the program you want to persuade.
So I would say apply with really nice motivation, then you’ll get it in public university.

how to get vpd?
Once you complete the process of vpd via uni-assist. Paid the fees. Then you should receive the VPD via registered email after 4-5 weeks of application.

But in the case of VPD is different, you have to make regular application on university portal and additionally you have to provide VPD to the university. And you’ll get the VPD after applying for it on uniassist.
So both the applications are different.
