I love what Hope said to Liam. I felt like she was so strong in that moment and I respected her. However she didn't stick to her guts and kept going back and forgiving him so...
That's why I would never understand how she was eager to go back to Liam after the truth about Rick's lie came out. She wanted to be this strong woman then when she found out the truth about Rick's lie she was backtracking. So what are you saying everything you said about Liam was untrue. I don't get it.
Hope loves a man she met early on, he no longer exists. Liam is the problem. And he may love both women but heartache and pain will keep happening until Liam deals with his issues.

Kim Matula deserved an Emmy nom for this conversation alone. I wish Hope would have remembered all the heartache Liam has caused her instead of allowing her mom to planned a redo of their Italian wedding a few months later.
That's why it was extremely confusing that Hope would want Liam back from the situation with Rick's lie. It made no sense. She said all of this then when she realized Rick was lying she miraculously wanted him back.

Because Brooke wanted them to live there. They are both rich & can get their own house. Last week they talked abbout relocating.
By 2012, the writers reached the point where they used all the characters for a single storyline. Here we have RIdge/Taylor/Bill talking about Liam/Hope/Steffy, and scenes with Brooke/Steffy talking about the main story in this moment. Then a scene with Hope/Liam about the same thing.
The problem from this point on is everyone focusing on one story, and the writers lost touch on maintaining multiple storylines going on. I'm not sure if they did this because of ratings, or if they lack the ability of having multiple stories but B&B dried out quickly after 2012.

It's funny how the writers made an issue with Hope and liam wedding yet it was ok with him and Steffy wedding in Aspen they always destroy Hope and liam marriage
